EBooks and Digital Resources are only refundable during the seven days following purchase and download, and only if the purchase was made in error or the download was unable to work on your device. Please contact us if you are having issues with your download.
Physical Books
Damaged Books
If your book has been damaged in shipping, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. After confirming that the extent of the damage qualifies it as a damaged book, you will have the option of returning the damaged book to us to be replaced with an undamaged copy (shipping of the damaged book payable by the customer, shipping of the new book payable by the seller) or to receive a 50% refund of the cost of the book, reducing the cost of the book to something that might be paid at a used book store.
Returns
If for some reason you wish to return an undamaged book, you can ship it back to us for a refund of the cost of the book within 30 days of purchase. The book must be in brand new condition and return shipping is payed by the customer. Please contact us if you wish to return your purchase.
